Your first question is Locksmith Services and Firearms Training?....what an odd combination.....maybe for most "Locksmiths"....but, this is my background:

I grew up on Long Island, NY and started my working life by joining the Army Reserve as a Military Police Officer, went to college and studied Criminal Justice.  I became a Correctional Officer in Pennsylvania at age 20, continuing my education part time.  I then enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer and was stationed in Germay; deployed to the Middle East and served in combat during Operation Desert Storm.  Upon leaving military service, I moved to Texas and spent the next years working for several Law Enforcement Agencies.  This is the time when I first became a "Trainer / Instructor".  I attended several different Law Enforement Academies, and served on several Special Operations Teams.  I moved to Florida to attend Motorcycle Mechanics Institute, thanks to my educational benefits from military service.  After graduating, I worked for a large HD dealership in South Florida.  My "Trainer / Instructor" skills took a new avenue, when I was certified to teach the MSF Riders Education and HD Riders Edge motorcycle safety courses.  I worked as Program Manager and Lead Instructor until returning to Law Enforcement work.  While working for a State Agency, I was assigned as a Recruiter and Trainer / Instructor.  Then I was selected to be trained as an Security Locksmith.  Upon leaving that agency and moving to the State of North Carolina, I applied and tested with the NC Locksmith Licensing Board to obtain my NC Locksmith License.  I further applied and tested for National Locksmith Certification with the Associated Lockmiths of America and was awarded status as a Certified Registered Locksmith.

I have been certified as a Law Enforcement Instructor in both the State of Texas and Florida.  While assigned as a Trainer / Insturctor, I was trained as a Firearms Instructor and taught Basic and Advanced Classes.  I currently am certified by the National Rifle Association as a Range Safety Officer, Basic Pistol Instructor, and Refuse To Be A Victim Instructor.

I am currently licensed as a Locksmith and Low Voltage Electrician.
