4. Information shared by you may be used to notify your selected emergency contacts and to improve the accuracy, reliability, and overall quality of the Protec-U experience.
5. Email addresses for emergency contacts are optional. When provided, they may be used for SOS notifications and important safety communication.
6. Protec-U may use limited analytics and usage information to monitor performance, reduce misuse, improve product decisions, and strengthen safety operations.
7. Protec-U takes reasonable steps to protect your information, but uninterrupted availability or absolute security cannot be guaranteed in every situation.
8. You are responsible for keeping your OTP, PIN, and account access details confidential.
9. Misuse of the platform, including false alerts or unauthorized access, may lead to account restriction, suspension, or legal action where applicable.
